Auto Body Technician – A-Tech

North Idaho Collision is looking for an A-Tech Auto Body Technician but not just any tech, one who insists on the best shop so they can do their best work.  The number one trait I’m looking for is good personal character, someone that chooses to do the right thing, displaying personal integrity, and respect for others.  What I promise you is a dependable shop committed to growth with an amazing staff that works together to repair vehicles to the best of their ability and provide first-in-class customer service.  As the owner, I believe in taking care of my employees, after all; how can I ask you to assist in meeting the shop’s goals without helping you reach yours. I want this to be the last shop you work for and I’m committed in providing you the tools necessary to succeed by offering a desirable, competitive employment opportunity.  Here’s a summary: 

  • Our techs average $100,000 per year 
  • No insurance company DRP’s (every estimate is written right because we will fight for it.)  
  • We only use OEM parts, period!!  
  • Very clean, well lit shop 
  • Every vehicle is mapped, cleaned, scanned, and point-inspected before it comes into your stall and you will not have to use cheap materials or cut corners.  
  • ICAR training at no cost to you
  • State of the art equipment including: 
  • KECO glue pull system 
  • PROSPOT aluminum pull and repair center 
  • PROSPOT aluminum riveter for Ford and Chevy
  • Welder’s: silicon, bronze, aluminum, mig, PROSPOT with built in batteries (so you don’t have to drag a 3 phase cord around) 
  • Blowtherm paint booth 
  • 401K with 4% matching 
  • Profit sharing bonuses 
  • Aflac accident insurance. 
  • Vacation pay, holiday pay, and 5 paid personal days per year.  
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $4,000 for 6 months
  • Possible relocation package
